Diamond Arm ("we," "us," or "our") operates Style Hem, an AI-powered virtual styling application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully. Optional analytics and marketing processing is based on your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Important: We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits, tool use and confirmed credit purchases to help us improve StyleHem and understand marketing performance. Events include general page categories, tool names, credit-pack identifiers and purchase values. We do not send photos, prompts, email addresses, account names or user IDs to Google Analytics. Google also processes online identifiers and technical information needed to deliver analytics.
Google Tag Manager and Analytics load only after analytics consent. Advertising consent is separate; no advertising pixels or remarketing campaigns are currently enabled. You can reject optional tracking without losing access to the studio. Use Cookie settings to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not undo processing already performed.
Google Analytics event and user data is retained for up to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Google may process data outside Norway and the EEA under its applicable data-protection terms and transfer safeguards. We share your information only with trusted third-party services necessary to provide Style Hem:
Your uploaded images and prompts are sent to Google's Gemini AI API for style transformation processing. Google may process this data according to their Privacy Policy.

Style Hem is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
